Terms

These Terms describe basic use of the NatureForm website and landscape design request process.

Website use

1. Use the website to review landscape design information and send project request details.
2. Do not submit false, unlawful, or misleading information through the form.
3. Do not attempt to access private storage, server files, customer information, or request records.

Project requests

A request form submission does not create a guaranteed appointment, design plan, project agreement, or final service scope. Consultations and project details are arranged after the request is reviewed.

Property information

Landscape design suggestions may depend on property size, layout, plants, outdoor conditions, materials, and customer preferences. Final design decisions and project details are confirmed separately.

Limitations

The website provides general landscape design information and request routing. It does not guarantee specific design results, plant growth, property conditions, project costs, or completion times.
